We use a network called A2P 10DLC which stands for Application-to-Person 10 Digit Long Code. It is a network which is designed and sanctioned for verified entities. This means the network will not deliver for non-verified (consumer) entities and messages that do not follow network rules (such as SPAM) will not be allowed. In order to be part of this network, the organization needs to register their brand and also their SMS campaign to inform the carriers the type of messages that will be sent. ZTEXT will help with this.

Email to SMS Gateway allows ZTEXT to receive email from a third party application and then ZTEXT sends a SMS. The email must be configured a certain way for ZTEXT to accept it and SMS contacts must be defined on ZTEXT portal. Pricing is monthly and only includes the feature, not the monthly SMS delivery allotment.
Voice Workflow and Routing

ZTEXT supports the ability to accept inbound or send outbound voice. ZTEXT also allows the ability to route your voice traffic. For example, if your numbers receives a call, you can set up a dialpad menu to send the call to specific number based on the dialed selection. ZTEXT can also send a SMS based on speech with our recognition capabilities.
